1.) Make sure that you are logged-in or registered before proceeding.

2.) Either click the "Create A Survey Now" button on the homepage or visit the site directly by clicking here

3.) Add a survey title and click continue

4.) Choose a question type for each question and the appropriate boxes will appear

5.) Make this question required or optional (default: required)

6.) You may add or delete a choice by clicking on the plus (+) or minus (-) respectively.

7.) Repeat steps 4 - 6 as needed. As a free use you may only create 10 questions.

8.) Click Continue

9.) Set the end date of the survey

10.) Provide optional fields of a welcome to appear before the survey begins, a thank you message upon successful completion

11.) Provide a return link and text if you want to allow you user return to a website or relaunch application

12.) Click the 'Create Survey' button to complete the process and be brought to the review page

13.) On the review page, you may add an intro image to the survey as well as preview and go back and edit.

14.) Distribute the given link or click the distribute now button to send out emails and/or text messages
